The property is located near the intersection of Broadway and 61st Avenue less than one mile west of I-65. Southlake Mall is three miles away at I-65 and Route 30. Each building entrance has a laundry room for the exclusive use of that building’s residents. All residents at Mount Vernon Arms have a right of access to the pool at our nearby sister property, Cloisters Apartments. |
