John H. Cox - President & Managing Member
John H. Cox is the sole shareholder and president of Equity Property Management, L.L.C. Mr. Cox is a native of the Chicago area and has been involved in advising real estate investors and syndicates for the past 30 years. Mr. Cox received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating with honors in 1976. He is a 1980 graduate of IIT/Chicago Kent-College of Law, graduating with high honors. Mr. Cox is a CPA and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Massachusetts.
From January 1977 to January 1980, Mr. Cox was a tax specialist and supervising tax specialist at the office of Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago during which time he helped perform tax advisory services for many major Coopers & Lybrand clients, many of which were in the real estate industry. In January of 1980, Mr. Cox joined the Chicago law firm of Krupp & Miller. While at this firm, Mr. Cox participated in arranging the financing for several large privately-held companies as well as participating in securities law matters.
In January of 1981, Mr. Cox formed his own law firm, John H. Cox & Associates Ltd., now known as Cox, Oakes & Associates Ltd. During the past 30 years, Mr. Cox has represented several local real estate syndicates, performing legal (tax and securities) and accounting for private partnership offerings involving properties worth over 150 million dollars. |

Kevin J. Donohoe - Executive Vice President
Kevin J. Donohoe has been involved in real estate for the past 20 years. Mr. Donohoe is a graduate of University College Cork, Ireland and came to the United States in 1984. Mr. Donohoe began his real estate career in 1989 working for cooperative and condominium managers and developers in New York City and its environs. In 1996 he received his Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
and in 1997 his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
In 2000 Mr. Donohoe took a position as a Senior Asset Manager at Sentinel
Real Estate Corp. In 2002 Mr. Donohoe was promoted to Vice President of
Asset Management and managed a portfolio of 7,500 Class A units in the west
coast states. Mr. Donohoe left Sentinel in 2005 to become Senior Vice
President at Village Green Companies. Mr. Donohoe's portfolio at Village
Green was headquartered in Chicago. The portfolio was comprised of 14,000
apartments in 40 properties in twelve states.
Mr. Donohoe joined Equity Property Management L.L.C. in June 2008 as
Executive Vice President and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of
the Property Management Company as well as acquisitions, dispositions and
senior asset management functions. In December 2008, Mr. Donohoe received
the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM. |

Scott Wisler - Controller
Scott Wisler has worked in the Chicago-area real estate community his entire professional career. A graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette; Scott proceeded to work with some of the most prestigious names in the international real estate world including CB Richard Ellis, Insignia ESG, and most recently Prime Group Realty Trust before joining Equity Property Management L.L.C. in March, 2010. Scott developed a mind for improving and automating processes during his tenure with these companies.
As EPM's Controller, Scott is responsible for the overall accounting, reporting, and cash management of EPM's entire portfolio as well as constantly evaluating and improving EPM's operating procedures. It is Scott's technological knowledge base coupled with his accounting background that will facilitate EPM's move to the forefront of the residential property management field. |

Peter Znika Jr. - Director of Maintenance
Peter Znika Jr. began his career in real estate in 1987, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana State University. His interest in real estate evolved through his experience in the building trades, where as a young man, he worked in his father's custom homebuilding business in Northwest Indiana.
Peter began working as a Manager Trainee in the mid-west construction division for Aspen Square Management of West Springfield, MA, overseeing various improvement projects. Within a short time, Peter moved to a sister company, SBR Enterprises, Inc., which specialized in condominium conversion in Chicago. Peter's success in managing various development projects earned his way into a partnership position within SBR.
Peter joined EPM in July 2011. His experience in project management from conception to final development brings a wealth of creativity and knowledge to EPM and its clients. |

Cindy Boone - Director of Marketing
Cynthia (Cindy) Boone has worked in the apartment industry for thirty years. Cindy is a graduate of the Watts School of Nursing of North Carolina. Soon after graduation from Watts, Cindy began her career in property management as a leasing agent, but soon graduated to property manager and later to regional property manager and eventually to director of marketing and training. Cindy has supervised portfolios of more than 2,000 apartments with various property management companies in North Carolina. During this time Cindy graduated from the Dale Carnegie Institute and the Disney University School of Marketing in addition to receiving her NALP, CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association.
In 2006 Cindy relocated to Northwest Indiana to be closer to her grandchildren and to work as the Publisher of the Northwest/North Central Indiana & Southwest Michigan Apartment Guide. In July 2011, Cindy joined EPM as the Director of Marketing and Management with oversight responsibility for the northern Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin properties. Cindy is a member of the board of directors of the Northern Indiana Apartment Council and Northern Indiana Apartment Association |

Melissa Barrett - Regional Property Manager
Melissa Barrett has over ten years of property management experience in the multifamily housing industry in Indiana. Melissa began her career in property management as a leasing agent/bookkeeper and advanced quickly to Property Manager leveraging several years of prior work in office management. Melissa was promoted to Multi-Site Supervisor as well as the Assistant Compliance Director for the Buckingham Companies and later excelled as a Regional Manager and Compliance Director at Resource Residential. Melissa obtained her National Compliance Professional - Executive (NCP-Exec) designation from The Housing Credit College in 2001 while managing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Shortly thereafter Melissa acquired her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) through the Indiana Apartment Association. In 2009 Melissa completed her Affordable Housing Manager (AHM) at Quadel Consulting.
Melissa joined EPM in March of 2011 as the Regional Property Manager for their Southern Indiana portfolio, which encompasses properties in Lafayette, Indianapolis and Columbus, Indiana. Melissa truly enjoys increasing her knowledge and expertise in such a refined and demanding industry. |

Isabel Guerra - Office Manager
Isabel Guerra received her BS degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University in 2010. Ms. Guerra joined the EPM team in January 2011. Isabel is currently responsible for Payroll Management, Human Resource Administration and general office management as well as providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President. |
